At Bom’Fleury, each creation is carefully crafted, often made-to-order and in limited quantities. However, we strive to provide you with a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

Products Eligible for Returns
Returns are accepted only for non-personalized items that are unused and in their original condition.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order creations are non-returnable and non-refundable, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
Return Procedure
Contact us by email through the “Contact Us” section.
Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
A confirmation and the return address will be sent to you.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and properly protected.
Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if the item received is defective or was incorrectly prepared by us.
Defective Items or Order Errors
If your product arrives damaged or does not match your order :
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos as proof.
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
