Production times vary depending on the request. Once your request is submitted, a personalized email will be sent with the exact production timeframe.
No custom creation begins without email confirmation.
3. What are the delivery times ?
Delivery times depend on your country and the carrier selected at checkout. An estimate is provided during your order.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
4. Do you ship internationally ?
Yes, Bom’Fleury ships to multiple countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

If your order has not yet entered production or been shipped, it may sometimes be possible to modify or cancel it.

8. Can I return an item ?
• For standard creations : You have a withdrawal period (according to the legislation applicable in your country). The product must be returned unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
• For custom creations : Returns are not accepted, as each piece is made to order.

9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged ?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the package and the item. An appropriate solution will be offered (replacement, repair, or other, depending on the situation).
