Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Sale at Bom’Fleury :

  1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales concluded between the customer and Bom’Fleury, a micro-enterprise represented by Éric Gandemer, registered under SIRET number 92197283200015, with its address at 50 Avenue René Coty. Any order implies the customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. The products offered are handcrafted artificial floral arrangements made from recycled materials; due to their handmade nature, each piece may exhibit slight variations, which are an integral part of their unique character. Photographs and descriptions are for reference only, but Bom’Fleury strives to represent the creations as accurately as possible.

  2. Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. They may be changed at any time, but the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order. An order is considered final only after payment has been received. Bom’Fleury reserves the right to refuse an order in case of a previous dispute or fraudulent use of the service. Custom creations may sometimes require a deposit, the amount of which will be communicated in advance; this deposit is non-refundable once production has begun.

  3. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or any other method communicated to the customer. Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer; shipping costs and delivery times are indicated before the order is confirmed. Bom’Fleury declines all responsibility in case of delays, loss, damage, or errors related to the carrier or incorrect information provided by the customer, while remaining available to assist with any necessary procedures.

  4. In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product, except for custom or made-to-order creations, which cannot be returned or refunded. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the refund will be issued within a maximum of fourteen days after receipt of the compliant return.

  5. All creations, visuals, photos, texts, and models offered by Bom’Fleury constitute a work protected by intellectual property law; any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited. Personal data collected during an order is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); it is used solely for order processing and is not shared with any third party not essential to the execution of the contract.

  6. En cas de difficulté, le client est invité à contacter le service client à l’adresse bomfleuryofficiel@gmail.com ou au numéro FR +33 6 73 04 89 10, afin de rechercher une solution amiable. À défaut d’accord, tout litige sera soumis aux tribunaux français compétents.
