Shipping Policy – Bom’Fleury
Orders are shipped from France via independent carriers. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, a tracking number is provided to the customer by email, allowing them to track their order independently.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the type of product ordered (in-stock creation or made-to-order). For custom creations, production times are communicated to the customer by email upon order confirmation.
Delivery times are then those provided by the carrier and are not under Bom’Fleury’s control.
Responsability
From the moment the package is taken in charge by the carrier, Bom’Fleury cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, loss, or delivery errors attributable to the carrier.
In case of any issue during shipping, the customer is advised to contact the carrier’s customer service directly, using their tracking number.
Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order. Any address errors resulting in delays, returns, or loss of the package cannot hold Bom’Fleury liable.
Unclaimed or Returned Package (NPAI / Unclaimed Notice)
If a package is returned to Bom’Fleury due to an incomplete/incorrect address, unknown recipient, or unclaimed package, a new shipment can be made at the customer’s expense.
